Love my go-to service advisor Thomas Keating. Always trust him and his recommendations. Gets me in and out in a jiffy and is always willing to go an extra mile, whether its fixing my key fob or helping me sort out what needs to be done now and what can wait. Having such a high level of confidence in him and the service technicians who perform the work is a really good feeling.

Service was well done. First oil change for new vehicle. Also addressed software update recall. All went very well. Took 1.5 hts to complete which was estimated ahead of time. So met expectation.

My experience leasing a 2023 Honda CR-V Sport Touring Hybrid was very positive. The salesperson was knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered all of my questions and concerns. Everything went well but wish the CR-V was better prepped before delivery. The exterior could have been cleaned a little better. I would recommend Greensboro Honda to others. Five Stars!
