Went there for a scheduled oil change. Took a bit longer than reasonable (2 1/2 hours). They informed me that my car (bought from them less than 6 months ago) also needed brakes/rotors on all 4 and 3 new tires plus an alignment. When I suggested that these things shouldve been taken care of before they sold me the car, my service advisor talked with sales and got my brakes replaced and rotors resurfaced at no charge. Great service , but I wish they would explain the diagnostic and that you are required to pay for that service this is new and I selected it thinking it was a service required. I wasnt informed to after payment that it was a service to inform me of the service my car needed.

I received excellent service from Delrus my service writer who went out of his way to accommodate my changing requirements on what I wanted done on my vehicle during my visit as well as the quality to which it was done.
Greensboro Honda worked well with me, considering I'm in an active Chapter 13 bankruptcy. However, the service afterwards is where my 3 comes from. The check engine light came on and they looked at my car, but it was a little gaming when getting it fixed. (they don't have Buick car technicians) They didn't add my plates and sticker to my total cost, which caused a $350 cost a couple months later. Also, I was told I had to sign up for electrical insurance right then, but that wasn't true.
The guy who helped me kept in touch with me throughout the day giving me updates and gave me a reasonable price for extra things I needed done.
