The customer service rep was great. She provide informstion pertaining to the coupon I was using and got worked approved.
The only thing I had a problem with this time was I set an appointment for my car to be service. had it drop off at 1235 I got off at 330 and still had to wait over an hour for my car. I was told it will take around 2 1/2 hours. what's the purpose of setting an appointment

My service representative, Karen, was outstanding in every possible way! She even helped locate some earbuds that had slipped out of my work bag. She was kind, courteous, and a joy to work with!
