Excellent help by Karen McCaughtry at Greensboro Honda! I had a flat tire and needed a Honda rim because mine was damaged. They were unable to help me with a Honda rim due to supply chain issues but pointed me in the right direction so that I could continue my drive from NJ to GA. Ms. McCaughtry was amazingly helpful and kind to me. She took great care of me and I appreciated her help!
I went to get my oil changed, tires rotated, and car inspected. During the service appointment they found a nail in my tire. Instead of properly inspecting the nail and finding out if it pierced the tire they recommend a new tire. They did not offer to plug the tire, patch the tire or any other options. They didn't check to see if air was leaking out of the tire. I went to several tire shops to see if they would fix the tire and only found one Sam's that attempted to patch the tire. Car was misdiagnosed. They took my money and I left the shop with bigger issues.
The long wait after appointment time my car was taken back for service. I would have liked for someone to have advised me of the reason for the delay.
