Team was great to work with and addressed the issue.
Customer services was very good. I like the large spacious waiting area except for the chairs. I think the club chairs are more comfortable for those who have back and joint pain concerns instead of moon chairs in the lounge. It's a beautiful new building! Thanks!

I like the accommodations that were provided to me to ensure I did not have to take a day off to get my car serviced. I was able to drop my car off; be taken to work and picked up at the end of my shift to retrieve my car. I truly appreciate that!
Courtesy of staff was a positive. Lack of promised services such as car wash etc is a negative.
