Service was quick and easy. Was in and out of there in a timely manner.

Kenny (Service Advisor) was very efficient and knowledgeable. Service was completed in less time than estimated, which I appreciated. Although dealership was undergoing extensive remodeling, the waiting area was clean (probably better than old service area) and the check-in and check-out was seamless.

The Greensboro Honda Dealership service team are very knowledgeable and friendly. The service advisor I had on May 16,2024 was excellent.The mechanic was very thorough with checking out everything on my Honda Pilot.He made recommendations on preventative maintenance that would keep my Honda Pilot mechanically running great for many miles more.
Karen is amazing. I'm disabled and she assisted me reducing pain and discomfort in this unavoidable task. She also gave me recommendations and information on my service schedule to keep since I don't drive very often and don't rack up miles in an average manner.
Ashlie is always a pleasure working with her. She keeps you informed.
Honda was great and Kenny the service Advisor is always great!
