The service was as expected. I had an appointment and they took me on time and completed the service as expected - no complaints. However I did have some questions about dealer warranty and complimentary service that they did not answer. I requested a call back - but so far no response.
I went in to have two prepaid services performed. The services were done guickly and I was not pressured to have other services done.
Felipe is my go-to service advisor at Greensboro Honda. Since I got this car, he's been super knowledgeable about the warranty services I purchased. I hit a pothole during my first week at a new job, Felipe worked with my warranty company to get my vehicle towed to the dealer for repair and I didn't have to miss much work at all. I highly recommend this service department, as well as Felipe as your advisor!

Great service and staff and love the new building
I liked the new innovative design and technology at Greensboro Honda. The service advisor was able to show me what it looked like under my vehicle. The technology also scans for scratches, dents and dings. I scheduled an appointment but waited for 3 hours though and didn't like that but also went on a Saturday and they were busy.
Great explanation of needed repairs.
