Service advisor was excellent
My Service Advisor, Tyreel McElveen, was great in providing service to me even though it was almost closing time when I got there. He got me checked in and transportation back to my home. His positive demeanor and attention to my situation really calmed me down and enabled the transaction to proceed smoothly. I don't know if I would have agreed to have my car repaired there, for the amount of the charges, if he had not gained my confidence. Thanks Tyreel and the mechanic that fixed the car!!
Very nice employees and clean waiting area. I must say, the waiting area always smells like a very unpleasant cleaning agent. Glad it's been cleaned but that smell is stiffening.

Pulled into Greensboro Honda bay due to piece under front hood that dropped and was dragging on highway. Mechanics looked at it right away and solved the problem quickly.
My customer service experience was great at Greensboro Honda. My only complaint in that the tech removed my reminder to get my tires rotated at 167,000 miles at Costco Tire Center. Then one of my recommended services that I received from Greensboro Honda was a tire rotation. All dealerships, auto repair shops, oil and lube stations seem to do this. They remove the other shops reminder that was replaced in the top left of the windshield and replace it with their own. It's annoying.
