Delrus was my service advisor, and the service I received from Delrus was excellent. He kept me advised on the status of work being performed. Work was completed within the time frame provided by Delrus.
I had to return the vehicle after the first day of my purchase because all the warning lights were going off. I was very satisfied that someone came to my job and left me a loaner and drove my car back. I was told that the computer system needed updating, not that my fuel injectors were replaced. The seats in the car are extremely dirty and I did not notice until after I purchased the car. Thanks for repairing the scratches on the bumper. Very responsive. Cleaning could have been better.
I brought my car in for service work was done I went home. So far I'm pleased with the work
