Service waa expected. My Honda was ready in a reasonable amount of time given that I requested an appointment for an oil filter lube change on short notice the same day. A few other scheduled maintenace items were noted, one of which I agreed to have done the same day. The other two items, although needed, could be pushed back for a later date due to extent and expense of the service. These were noted on my inspection receipt and paper work with a cost estimate.
