I always get complete recommendations as to what other services are required and how soon
I scheduled a service for a recall item and was told when I scheduled it that the part was in stock. When I went in for the service it took them some time to realize the part was not in stock so they had to order it and I had to return a week later. Once they did the actual service it went quickly.
