Steve Duncan helped me get my car serviced. He explained the services needed and kept me informed of progress. Greensboro Honda technicians did a good job. I have gone to this Honda service center for over 20 years and have always been satisfied. I especially appreciate Steve.
I had a check engine light come on and the car was vibrating bad. Called Greensboro Honda and spoke with Karen. Got the car towed and Karen got me in right away. It wasn't cheap but it was done well.

I had it in for a recall, oil change, and to rotate the tires. + Relatively quick service, and they were able to do the recall. - But, less than a week later, my CRV told me my tire pressure was low. When I checked, it was low on all four tires, two were ~27lbs for the front which should be 35lbs. Obviously the tires were rotated, but the tire pressure was not checked/ done, which is important since the front two tires should be more than the back. I also now wonder if my tires were actually rotated. 3.5 Stars
