Efficient service and good service advisor
Mandy was my service advisor for my appointment at the Greensboro Nissan service department. She is awesome! She made sure that my car got all of the services that I needed and even went over what would be recommended at my next service appointment. She was very honest as was the service tech who completed my car work, and they did not try to push for anything that my car did not need at that time, which I was to thankful for especially with repairs/services appointments always costing a lot of money. The service manager Shawn and Serviceman Angel were AMAZING in helping me, but my overall experience with Greensboro Nissan was disappointing and needless to say I will NOT make another car purchase there!
All was good and under an hour.
