RecommendedI've been going to the service department at Crown Nissan since I moved to Greensboro in 2012. The Service Manager, Sean, is the best service person I've ever had in my 40 years of owning cars! I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Just had my 1st service experience at crowne! As soon as I pulled in I had a warm welcome at the service department by Ray. My service advisor was Richard and he was friendly and professional. Albert serviced my vehicle in a flash. I was in and out in no time! I will definitely come back again!

I do not have a problem with the work that is done at Crown Nissan however the wait time is always 3 hours. It could be just an oil change and wash and this last time it was the recall on passenger airbag. I was told it would only be 1 and a half hours but it was three hours again. No one came to tell me again what the delay was. I had to go find out myself and the person was surprised when he found out I was waiting. I told the young man who checked me in t hat I would be waiting for my car. That's my only complaint, lack ... read more
Always a great experience in the service department for whichever of my vehicles I bring. Sean goes above and beyond which is greatly appreciated. The best mechanics (especially C4 Corvettes) around. Fair prices and always hot coffee and krispy creme donuts.
