I like that my car rides better but feel as if I was overcharged for the service

Visiting from out of town and needed an oil change & tire rotation. Online scheduling was easy and service location at dealership was easy to locate. Destiny was our advisor and was very kind upon check in. During our visit they provided text message updates on status of service. At checkout Destiny even let us know she contacted our warranty company to get some compensation. Wish we had this kind of service at our local dealership back home.
My advisor Bryant was extremely helpful and informed me of my daughter's vehicle status.

They told me that the service would take 1,5h and took 3h. Also it's the second time that I do my maintenance there and in the first time we schedule the recall together but they didn't done.
