I took my 2010 Altima in for a front axle replacement and 4 - wheel alignment. I was told that it might take 4 hours but service was completed in two hours. I enjoyed dealing with my service rep, Bill Cannon.
Great job truck rides smooth
Due to an issue from getting new tires on a wheel stud broke and I had to bring it to the dealership on a Saturday for repairs. They were able to get me all situated in one day fixing the internal brake components that were messed up due to the a broken wheel stud falling back into the emergency brake areas.
Excellent as always Bryan Mosley is very knowledgeable when it comes to Nissan vehicles. I really appreciate how he takes the time to explain when I have a question about my or my daughter's car.
William was really helpful and keeps me updated if my car is ready for pick up.
So friendly and everyone went above and beyond. I was impressed with the service and quality of work. And I love that I can now get my windshield fixed at Nissan. What a nice added value.
I like because they are very friendly. What I don't like is I make an appointment and they're never on time but this last time was shocking because it was in and out
I was promptly checked in, and my service rep kept me informed of the problem for which I brought the car in. He also updated me of the approximate time of completion of the service.
