The service was excellent the service advisor mike help me and did a fantastic job looking to have my car a future cars serviced there when I move down there
Everything went well as expected. Got in early, got out early. They kept me informed about what was going on with the process. I was very pleased with how they handled the situation.

Nissan is on point when it comes to your car, they get things done,,I don't like it when it comes to certain parts of your car that needs to be service, if it's not a Nissan they can't fix it, I was told that a couple of times .Thanks for the service.

My service rep, Derrick, was great. He took time to search my prior servicing at other Nissan dealerships which saved me time. My battery was still under warranty. Tom went above and beyond to get me to my client location on time. He came back and picked me up without me contacting the dealership. This was my first visit to Greensboro Nissan, and the service I received while working away from home may be worth the hour and a half drive to return to Greensboro Nissan for future maintenance.
4/5 check engine light still active as well as tire pressure...
