Staff, including Tre' Sutton, was immensely helpful in resolving a problem with a recall that had expired. Between being approved for new headlamps and the dealership being absorbed by a different parent company, the recall had not been performed. Tre' understood the problem and put customer care and satisfaction first, and I was very grateful. The work was completed as quickly as possible and my vehicle is no longer unsafe.
