We’ve had the most terrible experience whilst renting with GTH. From finding the place to checking out, it really was the worst. Richard, who is their head of maintenance is the rudest man I’ve ever had to encounter. There is nothing worse than having a man condescendingly shouting at you while you have Covid and trying to solve an issue. Commercial side GTH is awful, Joseph Hughes, has no clue what he is doing and not really sure how he is in the position he is in. Left me without answers on 3 occasions now, ultimately GTH is a good company however Joseph is letting it down on a depressingly massive scale. I say depressing as that’s also how his colleagues describe him. Sack the guy maybe the company will do better without someone who has absolutely no knowledge of commercial letting.
We have finally settled in our new home and would just like to thank you for your professional friendly service. You kept us informed at every stage of the process and promptly answered all our questions . Moving in day can be quite stressful and it was lovely to be given a little bag of goodies when we popped in to your office collect the key. Thank you Yeovil gth we would recommend you unreservedly to anyone looking to buy or sell a property in the area.
I have to say I am bitterly disappointed with the policies in force with this business. I have sold my property for half a million pounds and cannot find a property to purchase within the catchment area of the School my daughter attends. This has forced us to reluctantly look at the rental market. There is only one property available within the area we need for our daughters school whereby the rental price has just been reduced (I assume this requires a tenant sooner rather than later) and we were told we could not view the ... read more
My business partner and I went to view an industrial property. Not only was the agent showing us around rude and dismissive, but we felt we were judged by our age and not given the chance to even look around. We drove 1hr to view the property and 1hr back. We were subjected to disrespect and judgmental decisions after origionally being informed by the office that we could view the premises based on our business requirements.
