Wonderful
Upgradded bedding will upgrade the customer experience. Bedding was OK, pillows were horrible to the point of effecting my sleep. If I were to sty again I would stop and buy a pillow and pack my own pillow case with a higher thread count. Also, AC unit was a bit noisy. The facilites were good with the new swiming pool, and the continetal breakfast was all that I really needed to start the day.

Pleasant
A great,clean and perfect place to stay in West part of Sedona. Bananas was be a nice addition. Everything was great. Especially liked yogurt machine with additional toppings. Great coffee. Staff was prompt with replacements.

Over all decent place. It was a little pricey but it was an enjoyable trip. The pool was being renovated however they did give us directions to a sister hotel where we could go to their pool. We didn’t have time to. The room next to us was just open all night with the lights on.. that was a little creepy. The bathroom smelled a little funny. We just aired it out with the window. the location is amazing. Very easy to get around Sedona. Decent breakfast.

Exceptional
Good You have to do the check-in on a machine with someone working remotely. The person was nice, but it doesn't feel welcomed. The pool was closed and it was one of the reasons I choose this hotel. The bedroom and bathroom were super nice.
