Spring stay in Sedona If I had to say anything negative, there needs to be more exterior trash cans. Good location, quiet, away from the tourist area. Nice grounds and pool area, decent breakfast.Nice balcony, Keurig coffee in room. Room was very clean, housekeeping came and made up room for 2nd night, unexpected service these days.

it was fine. pool under construction. breakfast not so great the beds very comfortable

Great value and great location They are just having remodeling right now. So I have to go next door (same owner) to use the swimming pool. But I was aware of it before I got there. It was great location. Simple and basic and serve my purpose. Friendly staff and breakfast included. They have juices and coffee available all day.

Comfortable stay The breakfast room can be a little bit larger to accommodate customers. The breakfast offered some warm items including omelette and pancake in addition to the usual continental breakfast. The location is very convenient for the majority of the hiking trails. The mattress is a bit soft for me. The hotel is very aware of green measures such as wall bottles of shampoo etc instead of small vials that sometimes is a waste. The toilet is the new style saving water.
