Exceptional Nice stay for a great price, good location, not in the downtown area but that’s what I like to be away from the traffic and noise. This is a good spot if you plan to do some hiking and there are several nice restaurants nearby, will definitely come back to stay here.

Decent place to stay in Sedona Bathtub would be nice, the shower/bathroom was tiny. Breakfast could be a lot better - it was standard American "SAD" diet offerings so I never ate there for breakfast, and coffee was not very good. Also they did not provide water in the rooms or pitchers to take water to the rooms. The heater in the room did not work reliably (even when I turned it on high, it would turn off after a few seconds). It was very pricey, I guess that's par for the course in Sedona.
