Pleasant Reception person was not very friendly, especially for a tourist city. We got in room, tv remotes and tv didn't work. Ok so they changed our room. Office staff did come, but we found out remotes were not for the tv in the room. Very cold in room, no instructions as to how to work heater, should have been self explanatory, but was not. Good hotel. Thin walls and floors. Can get noisy but eventually stops after people settle down. Great Location. Many shops and restaurants Bathroom has a good shower. Clean room. The shade on the windows blocks out most of the light so you can sleep in late.
