We use it at the front of our office for visitors to check in and alert the employee they are looking for. " Greetly Receptionist" Overall: I love it, and everyone who comes to me asks about itPros: Using greetly has allowed my small business to operate proficiently without a receptionist. All of my guest love the ease of signing in and I know exactly when they arrive.And some of my appointments very few though are not very tech savvy but they learned how to use it with very little reluctanceCons: There is no one there to tell my guest if i'm delayed or in a meeting .
