April was the best. She always replied back to me and I loved working with her. She really helped with any questions I had.
Overall my experience was fair. The communication was poor at times and knowledge of rules seemed to be lacking as an hour before our close it was cancelled. That was after a previous close was cancelled. Interdisciplinary communication needs improved as the attorney called me to find out why things were cancelled. The sales person Craig Easterbrook is an incredible asset to the Ashton Woods entity. He personifies true professionalism and demonstrates impeccable follow up at every turn.
