Worst lender I have ever worked with. The only reason I chose them was because the builder required me to use them in order to receive the available credits. Throughout the process, Iridian and Greg seemed disorganized and did not communicate effectively with one another. The first time I spoke with Greg on the phone, he was rude and unprofessional after I had already made several unsuccessful attempts to reach him through email. Wonderful; very helpful
Loan officer was great. The loan processor did not pay attention to detail. He asked for information that was sent 5 weeks previously. Caused a lot of undue stress less than 2 weeks before the closing date.

We had a horrible experience with this company. Home buyers beware and brace yourself for a nightmare mortgage experience if you go through the process.
