My experience with Greg O'Conner was a pleasant one. He thoroughly explained everything step by step so that I understood exactly what was going on. He also worked really hard on my behalf to get things done in a timely manner. Awesome, personality that is polite and respectful.

Greg O'Connor is super! He answered all my questions in a timely manner, and when he didn't have the answer right away, he was honest about it and made sure to look into it.
