We were thankful to have a team that was willing to clearly explain the steps in the process, where we were as we went through the process and what was needed for each step. Working with Greg O'Connor and his staff was very enjoyable. The process was easy to follow and the staff was very good at providing guidance for a first time home buyer. I was able to submit the paperwork to the team and received confirmation everything was in good condition. The closing went well and there were no surprises. Overall, I would recommend Greg.
Greg is an extremely knowledgeable mortgage lender and guided us through the process the entire way. He simplified the process for us and the outcome was better than I expected. He was able to explain all of the documents necessary for my signature.
Greg was very knowledgeable with the whole process and was available whenever I had a question. Being my first home purchase, not to mention a foreclosure, I was a bit overwhelmed at first. Greg made the transaction very smooth and stress free.
