Greg was supportive and quick to respond to all of my questions about this process, being from abroad and the first time we buy a house in the US, I have to say that I was uneasy about the process, but Greg helped make it easy by explaining everything and providing all the information I needed on a timely manner. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Greg and his team! I had an extremely complex case, with several hoops to jump through (including COVID19 delays, separate support and maintenance docs, and the seller passing away mid-way through), and he did everything he could to make it as easy as possible.
