Excellent food. Friendly waiter. Seated in the bar which was not ideal for a reservation. Wait for order placement a little longer than usual.

We had a party of 8 adults and reservations at 7pm on a Saturday night. We arrived on time. Drink orders were taken but took quite some time for them to come. By 745 we were enjoying our company but still had not ordered dinner. After finally ordering we did get everything as ordered and it was very good. Wait staff seemed to be good but appeared to have several tables. He wasn’t personable but wasn’t rude either, was doing his job but nothing outstanding. Great evening table of 6, some in group first time visit. Only negative is we were sat next to stage/live music. Had no idea you had live music on weekends. Would prefer to not sit right on top of music, for better conversation, etc. with group. Next time, will know to request to not be seated right by state/music. Food and service were very good.
Grindstone Public House is on our regular rotation of weekend dinners. As normal the service and food were fantastic. We love to sit in the bar area at one of the high tops. The bartenders did a a great job as usual.
