The only thing I didn't like was the billing system. I think Griswold should pay the caregivers, so only one check needs to sent. Paying the individual caregivers is very inconvenient.

The one person we had a the house was it reliable. She claimed I did not give her a schedule. The second was very good.

Always good , except after you people contact the care given and confirm that person will be taking me your off never calls me to inform me . I have to reach out to your office. I will be using your services again in September. Monday September 11 2023 . Kathleen who took me the last two times is the Best 👌 I had spoke to her about her availability to take me on that date in September. She said she would be able. Hopefully that won't change.
