My 1st scheduled appointment the caregiver came on the wrong night. She came back on the correct night but really wasn't much help. My second scheduled appointment I got a text an hour before she was scheduled to arrive saying she would not be there due to a family emergency. My purpose for hiring a caregiver was to help my Mom with my wheelchair bound dad while I was out of town so I really need someone knowledgeable and dependable that has experience with elderly care including transfers. Even though I did choose my parent's Caregiver, it was a bad choice. My parent's just didn't blend with her. Her car was a mess, oil leaked on their driveway, my Mom never had a shower, etc. Regina still has an umbrella of theirs which I hear about 24/7.
