Lee Jacobson of Griswold Home Care of the Merrimack Valley was a pleasure to do business with. He talked me through the options and expectations and then jumped right into finding caregivers that could meet our needs (in this case, 12hrs/7days in a home hospice situation). Unlike other companies I contacted, he was able to secure 2 exceptional caregivers before we signed the contract, and which enabled the patient to transition from the hospital to home care quickly and easily. Question 1 - 10 Question 2 - 10 We had a very easy time setting up our caregiving situation with Lee. Our caregiver, Lucy, had a heart of gold and tried her best to keep up with a very difficult situation. She truly cared for the patients and the family. What we thought was going to be extended normal caregiving job very quickly turned into a very serious and heavy duty physical and emotional situation. Lucy's best trait is to nurture the family she works with.

We have a lovely person by the name of Gail She is very patient with my wife very prompt keepâ€™s me informed of days that she will not be coming no surprises Alzheimerâ€™s is a horrible disease Gail handles it quite well it is very comforting to have a person like Gail watching over my loved one

Griswald merrimack is a wonderful caring place. The owner and staff are top notch. Easy to work with and their billing process is easy and concise. Lee Jacobson is a kind genuine person. The woman who took care of my FIL was named Rita. She was terrific. Thank you very much.

Lee was very responsive and accommodating to set up care upon short notice! Emails, text messages and phone calls were always promptly returned with status updates keeping me well informed along the process of setting up in home care. Most all of the caregivers were excellent and when there were any questions or concerns Lee was very quick to follow up. Lee even let me know when he was traveling that he would not be available for a short period of time while in flight, but would be available over the weekend if needed. Great... read more
