Where my sister needed more care than we expected, some caregivers were more diligent than others in her care: that meant they needed to be aware of her tendency to try to get out of bed or a chair, and not being able to stand on her own made for a dangerous situation. The people I feel who were the most cognizant of the situation and most compassionate were: Ana, Hellen and Lisa. The others seemed to be just doing their job.

Lee found us a highly competent, respectful, and kind live-in caregiver, who helped my mother live out her days with dignity and healthy meals in utmost safety. Griswold Home Care is an excellent home care agency. They are very focused on customer service - which is extremely important regardless of the size of the agency. There were several times when emergency coverage was needed during unscheduled hours. Griswold was immediately responsive and handled the coverage with ease. Thank goodness. I really don’t know what we would have done without them.
