After neatly 4 years of Service from Griswold of Southeast Houston all I can do is rate 5 stars! I have had a number of outstanding caregivers to look after my wife but the current caregivers are the very best. Mary Charles and Felicia Smith have been with us for many years and are most caring. Mary, who also spent her early years working in a beauty shop each week shampoos my wife's hair several times, fixes her face and eyebrows, even applies facial cream. It's kind of a mini œspa visit. I am so glad I went with Griswold for care of my father as they always had a caregiver available and worked around my schedule when he was in the hospital. He was very comfortable with his care especially with Ida who went out of her way to be friendly with him. She even bought him a birthday cake!! I highly recommend this company.

at the start, staff was very helpful. it's overwhelming and they responded to our needs. once we settled in, i'd say service was good. i know my father was a handful! tori was always reachable and responded quickly. at the end of service we had a communication issue which caused a great deal of stress during an already stressful time. andria was very helpful solving that problem! i have nothing to compare your service to but would recommend griswold based in our experience.

Our family appreciates the diligence that Griswold Home Care takes when placing caregivers with their patients. They work very hard to assign just the right caregiver for their clients and are always available to discuss any questions. Our family is very happy with Mom's caregiver, Jane. Mom has let us know many times that Jane is an absolute angel and she is very happy with the care Jane provides. We are very happy with Griswold Home Care.

Most of the caretakers were wonderful though we had a few we had to ask not to return or who took advantage. The office staff were always courteous but didn't always note/remember conversations. Biggest problem was people calling out with very little notice and difficult covering especially overnight shifts.
