My mother needed in-home assistance after a prolonged illness. Andrea, Mercedes, Tori, and Tami, have all been fantastic. I have been stressed out and needed direction, and Tami and Tori especially have been so understanding. Roda was the perfect caregiver in every way. I couldn't have asked for a better person to take such good care of Mom. Roda was a self-starter. Plus she did everything I asked her to do, and more. So appreciate all of you.

I have been pleased with Griswold. My mother has been taken care of very well. Last night (10/04 our girl was asleep w/in 1 hr of her shift. She did not hear my mother calling. My sister, who was outside, heard her and came in to see what my mom needed. The girl woke up when my sister slammed the door. We had another girl fall asleep, but she is no longer on my mom's schedule. Other than that, no issues.
