Griswold gets a 10/10 for proactive communication. I've been impressed with how well informed they have kept me regarding schedule, caregivers and overall management of the patient. The management team even calls me to just check in with how I am feeling about their services. I have been extremely impressed with caregiver Janet, she has taken amazing care of the patient. It is difficult for us to express how much we appreciate Ashley, and then Jessica for the few weeks she was there. I truly do not think that they could have made mom feel any more comfortable or felt more loved. And Stephanie was always attentive to scheduling needs. Truly grateful to all who touched Mom's life and ours.

Griswold provided 24-hour caregiving to my mother for one and a half years. Many of my mother's caregivers were far more than caregivers; they became compassionate friends. In the rare cases where problems, such as caregiver illness, created scheduling issues, Lara and her support staff quickly did whatever was required to rectify the situation. Griswold was a pleasure to work with, and I highly recommend their services.

Caretakers were professional and attentive. Nurses responded promptly when contacted. Phone was answered by a person promptly. I strongly recommend Griswold.
