The caregivers that Griswold sends to the Homeî‰ are typically well trained and very professional. The vast majority have offered a quality service. The main disappointment with Griswold is the reliability. Clients and their families are very dependent upon the services that are offered. Family members plan their work and lives around dependable care. The only problem with Griswold is the problems with all the care people-- Not enough staff and not enough care takers om staff . We have settled down and now have one person, Karen. for the 9:00 am till 1:00pmMonday through Fridays and Susan on that shift on Sat. and Sundays. Things are going much better then at first. We have had several other workers who we liked very much but due to our changing and cutting hours they could no longer help us.

Not too bad, caregivers are sometimes a little hit or miss, but my Dad is hard to please and Robert has been very attentive towards listening to feedback and trying to get a good fit in there.
