Overall, very good. Lauren and Shelby have been very thorough, pleasant and attentive. I am not sure if this survey is for our last care support person or overall. Last one, Margaret, was wonderful and we would love to have her back. We also especially liked Barbara. The others were mixed. One was an unvaccinated, young new hire, which made us very uncomfortable. Overall, you did meet our expectations. Many thanks

It took a little while to get on the same page, but I eventually got the same caregiver every week. She and I work very well together. The office staff is very easy to work with. If someone needs to call me back it doesn't take long for them to get back to me
