Your company provided a needed service during a difficult time for us. For the most part the caregivers did a good job of taking care of my parents and allowed us a much needed break. They were kind. An item that I'm still trying to resolve is being able to claim for reimbursement for my parents long term health care policies. There were two different policies but we only received a single invoice each week. Griswold said they could not do it any other way.
