Great customer service. You need to shop here!! My husband & I went to look at used cars and we’re treating very well. Sara Sacks was friendly @ welcoming and worked hard to find us the perfect car for our needs & our budget. Kaylie was very helpful with the financial part of the transaction too. Go to Groove first! Ask for Jeff Tate. Absolutely terrific experience! Jeff Tate greeted me at the door with a smile and was immensely helpful. He helped me with a test drive and at all times was knowledgeable and friendly, as were the rest of the staff on site. In between helping me, I observed the rest of the customers in the dealership all seemed relatively happy or at least satisfied by their own visits. I drove off on a new car that was exactly what I wanted. Try them out!
