An excellent experience I had visited three other dealerships before I landed at Groove, and my experience there was unbelievably different: other salespeople didn't really know what the car could do--didn't explain all the bells and whistles. At another dealership, when I couldn't find a Mazda CX-5 (Touring) that I wanted, one salesman suggested a Ford Escape, because "they're basically the same car." Groove Mazda, Easiest car buying experience ever. We worked with Destiny who showed us the cars we wanted to see and got us through the experience in a remarkably efficient manner. Nice Days with Destiny We shopped with Groove from out of state and had some glitches because of some technology communication problems. However, Destiny was able to solve to our satisfaction a major, possible "deal breaker" for us so we could pay the price advertised and expected. When we came to collect the car it was clean and all ready to go. She also clearly explained the paperwork involved and answered our questions.
