Great Experience! My salesperson, Tracy, was awesome! She really knew her product, was very thorough, and was not pushy. I had a great experience with the finance guys as well. Everyone was really friendly. It was great! Tracy knew I was coming because we had emailed back and forth. She greeted me out front when I drove up. I love my Mazda!!! Worked with Jason Drury. Wasn't the stereotypical sales person type. Funny and friendly. Easy to work with. The team at Groove were very professional. Pleasant Experience We had a great experience buying our CX-9. The process was low-key, not high-pressure; everyone was genuinely friendly and helpful.
