Groove Mazda Excels Jason & Cliff were amazing! I got a GREAT price without any pressure. Professional yet personal service; everyone was very friendly and attentive. Would recommend my experience with Groove Mazda to anyone! Love my new Mazda.

Lease Experience Rebecca was kind, warm and extremely informative. She made herself available amongst multiple customers as best she could. The process could have been faster. We were unable to complete all the needed transactions in one day given our own time limits after 3.5 hours. Still, we feel the staff worked hard to give us the best deal possible and explain multiple options from buying, to leasing to buying certified used.

Tracy DeMeza is the Best Sales person EVER! Tracy DeMeza was the best Sales Person I've ever had the pleasure to work with. Tracy's really knows all about the vehicle and the controls system. Tracy is a true customer service person who wants you to be informed and satisfied. I have been to several dealership from California to Idaho to Oregon and Utah. Tracy is hands down the best! Easy cheesy Rebekah was our saleswoman and provided a stress free environment. We were able to test drive the car unsupervised and everything was really relaxed. They also had groovy jams on at all times making for a fun experience. Coffee needs some work though ?.

exceptional customer service I made an out-of-state used car purchase for my son, a law student at DU. Salesperson Tracy Demeza literally saved the day! She made the purchase happen, working with me via text/email to ensure I received all the car info and dealer transaction documents. Without her energetic, conscientious approach to customer service, I would have given up on the deal. Bought a Mazda CX5 Instead of a Ford Edge! My salesperson Tracy was the reason why I ended up purchasing a Mazda. I was set on the Ford Edge but her passion and knowledge of the cx5 and the way she had me test drive the car brought me back to Mazda to purchase. Iam now a huge fan of Mazda!
