Relaxed,friendly and helpful, Groove Mazda. From Tracy to Tavit (and everyone I worked with in between), my car buying experience at Groove Mazda was great. I had gone to many dealerships and driven an extensive number of cars before deciding on the Mazda 6, so I appreciated that the environment at Groove was relaxed and that everyone in the showroom was friendly and helpful. Awesome dealer! So glad my GPS directed me to Groove Mazda! I orginally called Mazda of Lakewood and the salesman i talked too was rude and not helpful unlike Groove they were absolutely amazing! One of the best experiences ever I worked with Jack and Rebecca during the buying process. They were great at making it very simple and stress free. They answered all my questions with no problem. They were with me through the whole process and made sure I was ok at all points of the transaction.

Amazing service Rebekah and lance have been great to work with. I am very satisfied with the service they provided. Rebekah was easy to work with. No pressure and very customer oriented. Lace was very personable and knowledgable. My CX 7 runs like new after he fixed.

My first car buying experience! This was my first new car I have ever bought. I felt confident and comfortable with my purchase and felt the process went very smoothly. Tracy was a pleasure to work with. She took my husband and I on a great test drive that showed up all of the great features of the Mazda CX-5. She was helpful, but not pushy. She stayed late on a Friday night to ensure we were able to pick up our new vehicle right away. She also made sure to show me how to use all of the vehicle's technology.
