Amazing service! While on vacation in the Denver area last week the transmission on our 2013 Mazda CX-5 failed and needed to be replaced. Needless to say, vacation is certainly not the best time to have issues with your vehicle and my wife and I were a little disappointed to have this happen when we just wanted to get away and relax. Evening car purchase We came up from Colorado Springs on a weekday evening with a specific vehicle already identified and researched. Groove's late hours for a weekday were key to our being able to test drive and purchase a vehicle. Kyle was able to answer all our questions and was very helpful in determining whether we would be happy with the car we had researched. We definitely appreciate the time and effort he put in to make sure we made the drive home in a car we were very happy with.
Best test drive ever! Highly enjoyable test drive, really got to see what the car could do, compared to most test drives I have taken. Tracy was a troika excellent salesperson and made the buying experience completely obvious and straight forward. We are really looking forward to many happy years with our new Mazda 6!
