Kyle at Groove!!! I found a car I loved online and called into the dearship and was able to speak with Kyle. I asked him if he could do the deal over the phone and he was more than happy to. Once we were able to agree on a price over the phone with no commitment, I was able to come test drive the car and I was a pleased as I was when I saw the car online. Easy to buy from Kyle Underwood helped me buy a car, my first car purchase on my own. He was pleasant, let me ask a lot of questions and made it pretty easy for me despite car buying in general being somewhat stressful.
Easy no-hassle experience Chris Chapman was on time for our meeting, while unfortunately I was a bit late. Nonetheless he had the keys ready for my test drive and I was allowed to take the vehicle of my choice (Mazda6) out for a spin. Easiest buying experience Nic Vostal made my buying experience the easiest I've ever had. He was able to answer all my questions. I bought a used car that needed a new windshield, when i hadn't heard from the dealer he made sure I had not just a phone call but an appointment in less than 24 hours.
