It was such a fast service that wish I had stayed there instead of leaving to wait elsewhere! Sophia was great and called me a Lyft and followed up after the service to make sure I didn't have any questions or concerns.

There were quite a few things that needed to be addressed and everything was taken care in a timely manner, and my car feels almost new. I was also given a nice loaner car.
Sophia was awesome! They did hold on to the car longer than anticipated but to my knowledge it was out of their hands waiting on part. They did offer to have us rent a car with them so honestly, they were great all around!
All the service people I dealt with were very helpful especially Brett. The coupon for a car wash was a nice gesture. The only suggestion I would make in the future would be that when my tires are put into storage that my name not be written on the sidewalls. There must be another way to identify them. The marker that was used is very difficult to erase even with a high pressure wand at the car wash.
