Jerod was very tentative and personable and knew how to speak with customers to hear what they want to say. He smelled really nice had a lot of cologne on ha ha when I picked up my car, I asked if he they had filled up the windshield wiper fluid. Groove It’s not easy to find a good mechanic you can trust. I’ve never been a dealership person when it comes to auto repairs. I always had the perception it would just cost more money for the same service. I had an experience that led me to get my car serviced at the Subaru shop serviced and they saved me $6,000. Had previously worked with Josh on an issue with my car. I left a solid review on dealer rate, Google, and yelp that mention both Josh and Ron by name for their excellent service. I'd had a mechanic tell me my turbo needed replacing and that it would cost $6,000. The service shop at Subaru showed me kindness and honesty.
