Rachide Reese did a great job communicating with pertinent and timely information as much as he could but the dealership was a little slow to finish the job. Of course, the cost of what was done caused lots of brain damage but we did appreciate the tank of gas.
Overall pretty seamless process. Tina and Andrew were great. Only hiccup was their inability to transfer a title from the vehicle owner to the purchaser (to apply trade in value to new car) but that wasn’t a huge deal as we just had the owner of the trade in co-buy. Not a big deal though! Would buy from them again

Parts Dept staff was friendly, helpful and they said my replacement fob battery was no charge! And my fob works! It is a GREAT day.

I have taken my car to Groove Subaru every service since I purchased it. Except for the problem identifying my AC problem, they have always been fast and given me excellent service. Once they found the AC problem they did get it corrected.
