Derek was great! Listened to exactly what I wanted, liked and disliked and found the perfect fit for me. I love my Subaru! It was also refreshing to be acknowledged as the primary (female) buyer after multiple sales guys at other dealerships would answer questions of mine only to walk past me to introduce themselves to my husband before introducing themselves to me.
