"Smooth process" The process of purchasing a vehicle causes me anxiety, and therefore I keep my cars for as long as possible. I recently needed to upgrade, and worked closely with Chase McNeely. "Great Inventory and Easy to work With" I can be picky about sales people, and will often ask for someone new if I'm not enjoying the experience. This wasn't the case with Jeremy. From the start, he was very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and helped us as first time Subaru customers. "Exceptional Service" Jeremy was so helpful from start to the end of the process. He make me feel so comfortable and gave me the best deal with the Subaru Impreza. "Exceptional Service" We couldn't be happy with the car purchasing experience at Groove. We have been looking for our first car for our college age son.
