"Forester Excursion" I came in to look at Foresters after work and found a model I liked. There was very little sales pressure or any back and forth negotiations to attempt to get top dollar for facility. I made an offer and stipulated that I wasn't going to have the sales manager waste both of our time, while the sales person Grace went fishing back and forth between the sales manager and my wife and I. "Exactly what I was looking for!" Came in knowing exactly which car I wanted. Joseph had it pulled up and ready to go for us. After a test drive we had a very reasonable negotiation and signed the paperwork. Joseph did an excellent job explaining the process and presented me with a number of payment options. The whole process took about 2 hours.
